Here's how it works
1. Register
The one-time registration with Chèque Service Basel per employment relationship takes place with the order form (Auftragsformular)
2. Declare
At the end of the month, the employee sends the monthly work report (Arbeitsrapport) to Chèque Service Basel:
The hours worked
The net wage paid
3. Pay
3.1 Net wage:
The employer pays the employee the net wage.
3.2 Contributions:
Chèque Service Basel sends the employer an invoice with the social security contributions. The administrative costs of Chèque Service Basel (6% of the gross salary) are added to this amount.
Every two months, Chèque Service Basel sends an invoice to the employer
Only the contributions paid by the employer to Chèque Service Basel can cover the insurances.
